Dividing
the UBM Responsibility
Kaile Hamilton - 8/05/08
(David's notes in red)
In this
dream I saw Brother David and Brother Bob Aicardi preparing for someone whom
the Lord was sending to them. The Lord told them to cut a fish up in 15
pieces (dividing up the fishing ministry to elders
and other ministers) and portion it to put into two mini-gulfs
in the Gulf of Mexico.
(Our portion of the big pond with all the fish.) After they divided
the fish pieces in the two mini-gulfs, the Lord told them to wait for the
person who was coming. I then realized that they were waiting for my mom
and me to arrive because when we got there and saw Dave and Bob they knew
that we were who they were waiting on the Lord for.
(Doris and Kaile came to help us with ideas to make
UBM e-mail more efficient and free me up to do other work.) The Lord
then brought it to remembrance as the dream ended that the night before my
mom and I found out that it was 17 hours and 17 minutes to Dave’s house from
ours. (17 is the number of preservation through
evil.) He then showed me that the fish that was cut into 15 pieces
by Dave and Bob came out to 17 and since my mom and I were also two it also
added up to 17 with the 15 pieces of the fish that brought us together. "17"
and "17." (Doris
is an Administrative Assistant in areas like financial advice, finding
guests for the program and many others. Kaile has been working on
transcribing and editing audios into text.)
I then woke
up and began to ask the Lord about what it meant and for more confirmation
that it was His will for us to go and He gave me 1 Chronicles 27:25-34 about
King David delegating his kingdom. (25)
And over the king's treasures was Azmaveth the son of Adiel: and over the
treasures in the fields, in the cities, and in the villages, and in the
castles, was Jonathan the son of Uzziah: (26)
And over them that did the work of the field for tillage of the ground was
Ezri the son of Chelub: (27)
and over the vineyards was Shimei the Ramathite: and over the increase of
the vineyards for the wine-cellars was Zabdi the Shiphmite: (28)
and over the olive-trees and the sycomore-trees that were in the lowland was
Baal-hanan the Gederite: and over the cellars of oil was Joash: (29)
and over the herds that fed in Sharon was Shitrai the Sharonite: and over
the herds that were in the valleys was Shaphat the son of Adlai: (30)
and over the camels was Obil the Ishmaelite: and over the asses was Jehdeiah
the Meronothite: and over the flocks was Jaziz the Hagrite. (31)
All these were the rulers of the substance which was king David's. (32)
Also Jonathan, David's uncle, was a counsellor, a man of understanding, and
a scribe: and Jehiel the son of Hachmoni was with the king's sons: (33)
And Ahithophel was the king's counsellor: and Hushai the Archite was the
king's friend: (34)
and after Ahithophel was Jehoiada the son of Benaiah, and Abiathar: and the
captain of the king's host was Joab.
Our ministry is made up of many people who take
responsibility for their own gifts and work well but their connection to the
public has been too much through my hands. Before Doris and Kaile came to
see us I had been thinking of ways to put the public directly in touch with
not only the elders but also the department heads, so this is a good
confirmation. In a lot of cases the choice for who to contact is relatively
easy because they are already doing the work. Although I don't compare
myself with Moses, he got some good advice.
{Exo.18:17} And Moses' father-in-law said unto him, The thing that thou
doest is not good. {18} Thou wilt surely wear away, both thou, and this
people that is with thee: for the thing is too heavy for thee; thou art not
able to perform it thyself alone. {19} Hearken now unto my voice, I will
give thee counsel, and God be with thee: be thou for the people to God-ward,
and bring thou the causes unto God: {20} and thou shalt teach them the
statutes and the laws, and shalt show them the way wherein they must walk,
and the work that they must do. {21} Moreover thou shalt provide out of all
the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating unjust gain; and
place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers
of fifties, and rulers of tens: {22} and let them judge the people at all
seasons: and it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring unto
thee, but every small matter they shall judge themselves: so shall it be
easier for thyself, and they shall bear [the burden] with thee.
